Registration Open for Portfolio Reviews at FotoDoc Festival 2025

From November 4 to 8, 2025, FotoDoc Festival offers, through its Portfolio Reviews, a unique opportunity for direct dialogue with curators, editors, and gallerists.

During these five days, FotoDoc Festival will transform the Panamericana School of Art and Design in São Paulo into an essential meeting point for photographers looking to deepen their authorial journey and expand opportunities for professional exposure. Among the most anticipated activities are the Portfolio Reviews, which provide a rare chance for one-on-one conversations with key players in the field.

The reviews function as individual evaluations of photographic projects: each participant presents 15 to 30 printed images in 20-minute sessions, receiving critical feedback and guidance. This is a privileged space to understand the strengths of a project, identify development paths, and discuss visibility strategies within cultural and commercial circuits.

In total, 48 portfolio reviews will be offered, exclusively in person, at a cost of R$90 each. Half of the slots (50%) will be allocated as full scholarships, granted based on socioeconomic criteria. The reviews will take place at tables set up in the Festival’s Main Gallery, at the very heart of the program.
