The first group of selected entries for the FotoDoc Photo Contest 2026 has now been published on our website. Submissions remain open until June 30, and the contest’s curatorial team reviews, selects, and publishes works on a rolling basis throughout the submission period.
Selected works are published together with a photographer profile page, upon payment of a US$ 29 publication fee. The funds collected are used to remunerate the professionals involved, cover contest-related costs, and support the promotion of the selected projects.

All finalists will be published in the FotoDoc Magazine 2026.
A five-member Jury will meet in person in São Paulo, Brazil, to choose the 25 award winners, who will be featured in a highlight exhibition as part of the official program of Festival FotoDoc 2026, scheduled to take place in November in São Paulo.
Among the three winning Portfolios, one will be selected by the Jury as the Overall Winner of the FotoDoc Photo Contest 2026. The photographer will receive a trophy specially designed for the Award, as well as round-trip airfare and accommodation in São Paulo, in order to attend the festival as a guest, participate in the FotoDoc Encounters series, and receive the trophy.
