Rowell Timoteo

I am Rowell B. Timoteo, from the city of San Fernando, La Union, Philippines. A government employee and currently employed at the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) as Labor and Employment Officer III. When I started my little steps towards pursuing a journey in photography in 2017 and rendering services in a regular day job, I am fascinated with the everyday life where I am able to unravel meaningful stories from borrowing expressions from other people in my surroundings capturing raw and unscripted moments. Until I discovered and learned the art of street photography. With my camera attached with my vision and motivation to observe moments, I am able to weave stories from chance encounters blending it with the extraordinary photographic experience through happenstance.
