Our shared home is on fire. Global warming is no longer a distant threat—it is an accelerating reality we must confront, compounded by the weight of denialism. In the year that Brazil hosts COP 30, FotoDoc Festival is committed to discussing the urgent need for measures that can help broaden our horizons, both politically and socially.
Photography has the power to expose, to denounce, but also to propose new paths. By capturing and revealing reality, it can contribute to transforming it. It can also be a powerful tool for spreading positive and transformative practices.
Now in its fourth edition, FotoDoc Festival 2025 will take place from November 4 to 8 at the Panamericana School of Art and Design in São Paulo, with exhibitions open until January 10, 2026. This year, the exhibition featuring the winners of the FotoDoc Photo Contest expands to showcase 25 selected works.
In addition to its exhibitions, FotoDoc Festival will host:
