Read moreDetailsKazuki Takeshita (b. 1988, Hiroshima, Japan) is a Japan-based photographer whose work explores themes of personality, emotion, and marginality in an increasingly unstable world. A self-taught artist, he began his practice after working in the non-profit sector and is currently studying Child Psychology at Tokyo Future University.
Takeshita has held solo exhibitions at art space tetra in Fukuoka. He was shortlisted for IMA next #46 “PLANT LIFE”, juried by Stephen Gill, and has been selected for several artist residencies, including PARADISE AIR (Chiba) and the Minamisoma Artist-in- Residence program (Fukushima).
