The first selected entries for the FotoDoc Photo Contest 2025<\/strong> have been published on our website! With submissions open until June 30<\/strong>, the contest\u2019s curatorial team evaluates, selects, and publishes entries on a rolling basis.<\/h4>\n

Selected works are published alongside the photographer\u2019s profile upon payment of a R$ 98 publication fee<\/strong>. The funds collected are allocated to compensating those involved, covering award costs, and promoting the festival.<\/h4>\n

At the end of the submission period, the FotoDoc Festival Curatorial Team<\/strong> will select 60 finalists<\/strong>, divided into three categories: 30 Highlighted Images, 21 Essays, and 9 Portfolios<\/strong>. All finalists will be featured in the FotoDoc Festival 2025 magazine<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n

Winners\u2019 Exhibition<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A five-member jury<\/strong> will convene in S\u00e3o Paulo (SP)<\/strong> to select the 25 winners<\/strong>, whose works will be showcased in a special exhibition as part of the official program of FotoDoc Festival 2025<\/strong>, scheduled for November<\/strong> at the Panamericana School of Art and Design<\/strong> in S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/h4>\n

One of the three winning portfolios<\/strong> will be selected by the jury as the grand winner<\/strong> of the FotoDoc Photo Contest 2025<\/strong>. The photographer will receive a custom-designed trophy<\/strong>. If the grand winner resides outside the state of S\u00e3o Paulo, they will also receive a domestic airfare ticket and accommodation<\/strong> to attend the festival as a guest speaker in the Encontros series<\/strong> and receive their trophy in person.<\/h4>\n
