Global warming has ceased to be a distant trend and has become an accelerating reality\u2014one we must confront, compounded by the growing weight of denialism. In the year Brazil hosts <strong data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"845\">COP 30<\/strong>, Festival FotoDoc proposes a debate on the urgency of actions capable of clarifying our horizons\u2014both political and social.<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1170\">Photography can denounce and also propose new paths. By capturing and exposing reality, it can help transform it. It can also serve as a means for disseminating positive and transformative practices.<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1481\">In its <strong data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1197\">fourth edition<\/strong>, Festival FotoDoc 2025 took place from <strong data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1256\">November 4 to 8<\/strong> at Panamericana School of Art and Design in S\u00e3o Paulo (SP), with exhibitions open until <strong data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1365\">January 10, 2026<\/strong>. The project revisits the shared imaginary of an ancient Africa re-signified in Cuba and Brazil, through a dense, careful, and poetic visual record of Afro-Brazilian and Afro-Caribbean popular religions.<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"2391\" data-end=\"2780\">The Jury of the FotoDoc Photo Contest\u2014composed of <strong data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2456\">\u00c9rico Elias<\/strong>, Artistic Director of Festival FotoDoc; <strong data-start=\"2497\" data-end=\"2513\">Elcio Ohnuma<\/strong>, Photography Coordinator at Panamericana School of Art and Design; as well as <strong data-start=\"2592\" data-end=\"2648\">\u00c9rico Hiller, Ivana Deb\u00e9rtolis, and M\u00f4nica Zarattini<\/strong>\u2014met in person in S\u00e3o Paulo. The audience is invited to discover complementary, divergent, or even opposing perspectives placed in dialogue.<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"3887\" data-end=\"4111\">In the 2025 edition, <strong data-start=\"3908\" data-end=\"3919\">5 Talks<\/strong> were held, involving <strong data-start=\"3941\" data-end=\"3954\">15 guests<\/strong>.
